Made famous by the Homeless Students of Riverwest when they had to defend themselves against cannibal groups from the east side, the hallowed out garbage can has become customary armor for any unlucky son of a bitch that has the displeasure of roaming the wild streets of Milwaukee. The act of cutting out the bottoms of garbage cans is standard practice in today's society. Because of the sheer boredom the Riverwester's went through after being displaced, they spent their time cutting out the bottoms of cans, not thinking about the safety those bottoms could provide when hiding underneath them. Hence, It is very uncommon to find a garbage can with a bottom. |
